develop the economy of Béni Khalled. This program has enabled the training of 8 middle school and/or high school teachers in entrepreneurship, design thinking and positive education to be able to support 100 young people and guide them in the development of their projects. Initiation bootcamps, support workshops and semi-finals were organised and resulted in the creation of 20 projects. At the end of the program, a grand final was organised allowing the participating teams to release funding of up to 24,000 dinars to these young people to encourage them to turn their ideas into reality and live their dreams under the concern of financial means. Funding was released after presentation of projects and financial studies to an investment committee, which allowed young participants to develop their planning and negotiation skills. The winning teams benefited from a follow-up program to promote the proper deployment of the financial resources released. Targets who have benefited from the Teens4Change program:
